Jamie-lee Thain

I am a Wiradjuri and Kamilaroi woman living on Wiradjuri country in Central West NSW. I like to work in multiple mediums including acrylic, sketching, ink and digital. My main focus is on illustrating children’s books. First Nations illustrated characters and culture were not something we seen growing up in Australia, in our school libraries in the 90’s and early 2000’s. I aim to change that one illustration at a time.
